Respond to enquiries, arrange and manage appointments, provide a counselling service, maintain client records, process payment, meet legal, insurance and professional obligations to include improve my website and services

Client records are retained only for as long as necessary to meet professional, legal and insurance requirements

Enquiries from people who do not become clients are normally deleted after an approriate period unless there is a legitmate reason to retian them

Online Counselling

If you choose to attend counselling sessions online, sessions will be conducted using a secure video conferencing platform .  Whilst I take reasonable steps to use secure technology, no online service can guarantee absolute security.  You are  encouraged to attend sessions in a private location and use a secure internet connection to help protect your confidentiality

Online Booking

If you book appointments online, your personal information will be processed through my booking system for the purpose of arranging and managing appointments. The information collected may include your name, contact details and appointment preferances 

Your information will only be used for providing counselling services and managing appointments
